I never planned on building a tech company. I was stay at home mom who became a real estate agent. I wanted a better life for my family.
But I quickly learned what nobody told me: Real estate gives you freedom in theory…
In reality, I was missing moments with the people I loved most while running from showing to showing — many that never converted. Many where the buyers disappeared. Many where I felt like I was giving everything… and getting nothing back.
There were nights I sat in the car after a showing and felt the knot in my chest —“How am I supposed to keep doing this?”
That was the beginning of what would later become Vorah.

I built Vorah from the moments that broke me —
the moments where I was rushing to a showing where buyers ghosted shortly after. I was missing the people who needed me most.
Real estate asks for everything.
And let’s face it. The majority of us give it all.
Somewhere between the missed dinners, bedtimes, ball games, the unanswered text messages, and the constant pressure to “do more,” I realized My time wasn’t mine anymore… and neither was my life.

I’ve lived it. And I refuse to let this industry take any more from the agents who carry it.
At the end of the day, we deserve to build our businesses and still make it home in time for goodnight hugs and kisses.
